Scott Boutwell

Scott Boutwell is founder and principal of C - Level Strategies (CLS), a boutique consulting firm providing corporate development & strategy services in the sustainability, cleantech, and engineering design & construction sectors. He has over 25 years of experience in both technology and consulting, with particular expertise in the environmental mgt systems, water, and buildings / asset mgt segments. Previous to founding CLS, Scott had leadership roles at Oracle, URS Corporation, SAIC, and the Shaw Group. He has published extensively in leading periodicals including Cleantech.com, Greenbiz, GreenerBuildings, Celsias, Environmental News Network, and AEC Bytes; and has also published books on water quality modeling and chemical risk management.

Scott is an invited speaker & panelist at leading conferences; he recently was an invited judge of sustainability technology submissions for Bentley System's annual conference, and is presenting on the development of cleantech growth strategies at the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) this fall. His blog is widely quoted by sustainability trade journals and business magazines alike.
